We value our relationships with local growers and producers, and know many of them personally. The passion they show pushes us to be equally passionate about how we prepare and present meals. We also look far and wide for outstanding seafood and fish from Canada’s coasts and beyond. Some of our key contacts actually used to work alongside us, right in our kitchens, and are now bringing us some pretty amazing products.
As Chef Noble says, “it’s always about community”. To that point he instituted the Q Water program, with every penny going to worthy organizations such as Ronald McDonald House, Community Food Centres of Canada and The Global Enrichment Foundation. Chef Noble’s restaurants also support fundraising for small community groups, donating over $250,000 to date.
