Are you planning a party? Then you’re in luck! Last week, Chef Michael Noble celebrated the launch of Noble Fare – Catering & Events with an intimate private gathering at cSPACE King Edward in Marda Loop, just in time for Stampede preparation and wedding season.
Media and guests were treated to sweet and savoury items from Noble Fare’s fully customizable catering menus, as well as a selection of expertly crafted cocktails. Tables artfully arranged with hand-crafted petite sweets, a chill bar, house-made charcuterie boards, a risotto bar, gourmet sliders and a selection of skewers lined the perimeter of the room. A lavishly decorated wedding table—set for a family-style dinner—acted as a centrepiece within the venue, providing a glimpse into what the Noble Fare team is capable of. Guests were also able to take a taste of Noble Fare home at the end of the night with their choice of homemade preserve.
This marks Chef Noble’s third culinary venture in Calgary, and Noble Fare offers drop-off, full-service and family-style catering options. Dishes from Noble Fare’s extensive menus will be prepared by Chef Paul McGreevy (Chef de Cuisine at The Nash) and Ryan Gilmour (Chef de Cuisine at NOtaBLE) and their culinary teams, using the best in fresh, seasonal ingredients. Chef Noble is also proud to announce that Dominique Bushnaq will be leading the Noble Fare event coordination team as Catering and Events Manager.
