Inspired by this chapter in history, our friends at Romero Distilling, the first and only rum distillery in western Canada, will be on hand to talk about rum's storied evolution, while our fabulous bartending talent present four custom rum cocktails, each paired alongside its own complementary small bite plate courtesy of our culinary team, led by Chefs Michael Noble and Landon Schwarz!
